Returns

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or expired, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

Approved exchanges or refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds follow the original payment method when possible.
