  • Do you deliver outside Cairo?

    Yes. We ship nationwide across Egypt. Delivery timing depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout.

  • When is delivery free?

    Orders over 1,000 EGP qualify for free delivery. Smaller orders include a delivery fee calculated at checkout.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Cash on Delivery, Instapay, and Vodafone Cash are available when enabled. Digital transfers require a receipt sent to our WhatsApp after payment.
